Rainsville parade set for Saturday

The City of Rainsville will kick off the Christmas season by hosting its 50th annual Christmas parade this Saturday
Sponsored by the Rainsville Chamber of Commerce, the parade will begin at 1 p.m. Line-up will begin at noon at Sam Ellis Drive.
Prior to the parade, the Rainsville Civitan Club will serve free hot chocolate and coffee before, during and after the parade, at the Tom Bevill Enrichment Center. Hot chocolate and coffee will be available from noon until about 1:45 p.m., as long as supplies last.
Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place floats.
